STEP ONE -- Apply Now! Getting started is easy.
Working with Coast Capital Group you will have a complete understanding of how the financing solution you choose will impact you now and in the future through our client loan education approach. Whether it is our prequalification process or your refinancing options, you will be empowered to control your financing destiny.  When you've selected a property or have decided to proceed with a refinance it is time to complete your loan application with a Coast Capital Group consultant or through our website. Click on Apply for a Loan to start your application.

STEP TWO -- Loan Processing Documentation
Depending on the type of transaction, the loan documentation process may be as minimal as an appraisal and an application. With our expert guidance you can be assured that you will only be asked to provide only what is needed to secure the optimal loan to assure a streamlined process. At this stage escrow will be opened. In a purchase transaction the Seller or the Listing Real Estate Agent will usually designate the Escrow and Title Company. Lastly, an appraisal will be scheduled with you on a refinance or the listing agent on a Sales transaction.

STEP THREE -- Loan Submittal and Approval Process
At this stage a completed loan package will be submitted to the investor of choice dependent your loan product selection as well as whom is most attractively priced in the market. Once approved, your appointed Consultant and processor will coordinate the production of your closing documents.

STEP FOUR -- Loan Documents and Funding
Working with Coast Capital group, you will be given the choice of signing Loan documents at escrow or in the comfort of your own home with an educated notary to explain the fine print and with your consultant just a phone call away. Depending on whether your loan is for a purchase or refinance, your funding will take anywhere from 1 to 3 days after signing. Once your loan funds and records your closing package will be mailed to you which will include your final closing statement for your records.
