As a professional who has been through a dozen or so financings of new homes, or refinances of existing properties, I feel pretty solidly calibrated in terms of the kind of service to expect from a mortgage broker. My two experiences working with Christian Salceda and the Coast Capital Group have caused me to completely revise my expectation set as to what is possible, as they were 'off the charts' compared with my historical experience. The communication and analysis of the type of package we were looking for was efficient and painless, the rate that he obtained for us in both cases was clearly superior to anything any other broker could produce (because we did benchmark other brokers in each case), and the ease with which the loan approval and documentation set was obtained was roughly 2X better than any we had experienced... I could not recommend both Christian, or Coast Capital, more highly...
