President and Founder Christian Salceda has been in the mortgage industry for 11 years and with a funding volume of over $250,000,000 per year he has been one of the industries most successful individual producers. Having worked along some of the brightest minds in the industry he was exposed to what his idea of a perfect mortgage company would be. His vision is what Coast Capital Group has become today.

For many years he heard how the mortgage industry would become automated, run by computers, no need for us brokers, but every year the industry became more complex. Unfortunately for today's borrowers, with so many new brokers in the industry, the trusted advisor appears to becoming extinct. So many companies built around one individual's experience, however limited, with a main goal to get bigger by adding inexperienced head count. These companies sacrifice service for volume. They are not successful.

Christian Salceda graduated from the University of Arizona with a Business Degree. He resides in Manhatten Beach, with his wife Debbie and son Cade.
