Todd Fite has worked in the real estate finance industry for over seven years. After three years in retail finance, Todd made the move to wholesale lending and quickly found his niche. Todd joined the Coast Capital Group team over two years ago and has since completed over $50,000,000 in loan volume. He continues to fulfill his client’s home financing needs by continually studying the markets, and by always putting his customers first.

Finding just the right fit for each particular situation is Todd’s area of expertise. With a primary objective of retaining lifelong relationships, he consistently meets and exceeds his clients’ expectations. Todd has built his reputation on a foundation of integrity and trust. His passion for finance is evidenced by his consistent dedication and loyalty to his clients and to the industry.

Todd Fite graduated from the University of Arizona with a BS in Business and Marketing. He holds his California Department of Real Estate license & he is a member of the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce. Todd resides in Seal Beach with his wife, Autumn.
