Todd Fite has began his career in the real estate finance industry in 2001. After three years in retail finance, Todd made the move to wholesale lending and quickly found his niche. Todd joined the Coast Capital Group team in 2006 and has since completed over $100,000,000 in loan volume. He continues to fulfill his client’s home financing needs by continually studying the markets, and by always putting his customers first.

Todd Fite graduated from the University of Arizona with a BS in Business and Marketing. He holds his California Department of Real Estate license & he is a member of the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce. Todd resides in Seal Beach with his wife, Autumn.
