Nate Kuchera has spent the last ten years dedicating himself towards his goal of becoming one of the most trusted and respected names in the mortgage industry. With a funding volume averaging $100 million per year over the last five years, he has consistently been one of the top individual producers in the mortgage industry. Nate has fine tuned his ability to find the best loan structure for each individual client, offering sound advice and peace of mind during each and every transaction.

After graduating from Cal Poly State University San Luis Obispo, Nate began his career with New American Financial in Newport Beach. He quickly rose to the top and became the number one individual producer year after year. He went on to obtain a broker's license while also teaching and training new mortgage consultants, as well as helping to develop an end to end proprietary mortgage software solution.

Nate's extensive background and relentless work ethic has enabled him the opportunity to work with the top producing real estate office in the nation. Coldwell Banker Previews International selected Nate as the sole mortgage consultant to service over 130 real estate agents in Newport Beach, California.
