Originally a New York native, Karen Georgouses moved to California’s South Bay in 1978. She continued her business education at UCLA. Although she started as a buyer in the garment industry, she followed her true calling in real estate and secured her California Real Estate license in 1985. Before long she realized her strength & forte’ was in assisting clients through the difficult & confusing lending process in search of their dream homes.

She began her career with Wells Fargo and soon became a top producer in 1995. Over the years, as the market changed, Karen’s resilient nature allowed her to change with the times and work with various brokers & lenders to provide the products that satisfied her clients’ needs. She recently joined Coast Capital Group, a firm that shares her work ethic and business philosophy.

Financial markets have changed significantly over the last years and will most likely continue its course. However, Karen is confident in her ability to advise her clients, giving them the guidance and clarity to navigate their way through the lending market. She looks forward to continued successes from the teamwork & synergy at Coast Capital Group. Karen resides in Palos Verdes Estates with her husband Tom.
