Mr. Jacobsen has been in the real estate finance business since 1996. Since joining Coast Capital Group, Inc. in 2003, Mr. Jacobsen has been responsible for structuring and placing over $100 million in debt and equity financing for retail, industrial, office, and multi-family properties. Mr. Jacobsen has developed close relationships with banks, conduits, insurance companies, pension funds, mortgage REITS, and other capital sources. Mr. Jacobsen's experience and extensive relationships enable him to provide his clients with unparalleled execution.

After graduating from the University of Arizona, with a degree in Finance, Mr. Jacobsen worked as a financial analyst in the Private Placement Group of BancAmerica Securites focusing on raising capital for mid and large cap companies in the private markets. Mr. Jacobsen also worked at Houlihan Lokey Howard and Zukin, a boutique investment bank focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, valuation, and financial restructuring.

Mr. Jacobsen is licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson by the California Department of Real Estate and also holds his Series Seven and Series Six Securities license with the National Association of Securities Dealers.
