Jake King has been a licensed real estate broker for over 10 years. He began his real estate career with CB Richard Ellis, the largest commercial real estate firm in the world representing the sale of commercial properties in Southern California. As a member of the number one Sales team in California and top 10 in the nation he has a proven track record of success. After 5 years with CB Richard Ellis, Jake made the transition to become a mortgage consultant with Coast Capital Group.

Jake's career long dedication to Real Estate and his in depth understanding of the Southern California market has earned him a solid reputation in his local real estate community while building him a broad client base. He prides himself on providing a process and tailor made financing solution that exceeds his clients expectations.

Jake was born, raised and currently resides in Venice, California. Jake earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Arizona.
